How to persuade rogue agent? Please enlight me guys and let someone tell me that, becouse even if i have Persuadertron as a weapon, this guy just run to the hover car parked in that base (with dead guards, we must blow the gate by explosives before, i think thats 8 mail message/mission from Eurocorp) right after our "meeting".
I was try a few time to persuade that sh!tHe@d by that Persuadertron, but he always run and MISSION FAILED...

What I've found
"Civilians are always open to persuasion, and you need to persuade varying numbers of civilians before the Persuadertron has any effect on guards, police or enemy agents. Also, the effects of the Persuadertron are multiplied depending upon the version brain installed in the cyborg using it. "

You need to use the persuadotron on alot of civilians and police men, just run around persuading everybody and you can then pretty much recruit all the enemy agents on the map... or for giggles, pile everyone into a single car then destroy it...
