Has anyone got this working and how? I get the IPX connection working on windows side but not on OSX. How do I make the IPX available as an option on OSX?

OS X likely is using a higher port. Lower numbered ports require superuser access. You can change the Windows side to match the OS X side. Don't have the game myself or I would check the actual files that need to be changed.
