Do you know games that are like Syndicate(dystopian future, squad based) but turn based?

I can only think of UFO/XCOM or Fallout, but those games aren't like Syndicate. So are there any games out there that fit my turn based needs and are like Syndicate?

Well, there is the upcoming Shadowrun Returns (http://store.steampowered.com/app/234650/) which is cyberpunk, dystopian future setting, and it is turn based. However, it is an RPG and not a squad based tactical game.

I was only held back to preorder it by the "no DLC for DRM free Versions".

It seems there is just no game like Syndicate. But i found something that comes close(and not).
It is called Frozen Synapse. Cyberpunk with turn based Combat. I think i go with that.

The only game I can think of that is remotely like what you're describing is Jagged Alliance 2 (which happens to be on sale at the moment).

JA2 is a great game, BTW.
