Not exactly on point, but I would love to see a remake of Syndicate Plus (and maybe Syndicate Wars) as a 4-player game from first person perspective. It might not execute very well, but for fans of the series, it'd be neat to actually have to plan out your missions with your friends. I think by being real time, Syndicate does miss out on playing with some of the cooler weapons. It just makes sense to generalise your agents. I suppose Satellite Reign might be a bit like that.

It already exists, see Syndicate 2012. Unless of course you already knew that and are making a joke? ;)

Maybe he meant the real time planning and strategy with first person like Hidden and dangerous 2 or Rainbow 6.
