I've become very sceptical about buying these old DOS games because the mouse controls are sometimes so terrible that they become unplayable. The sensitivity tend to be really high, and it can't be adjusted in-game; and some games have horrendous input-lag, like Raptor.

How is it in this Syndicate?
1. The sensitivity can be adjusted outside of the game by editing the dosbox config file used by it. It's one of the first settings in the file. I usually have mine turned up to 150 or so, but it can be used to turn it down just as fine.
2. Raptor, lagging? That's unusual, since I don't recall the game doing so on an 8 year old machine (Sempron 2500+ @ 1.69 gHz, 1 GB RAM). Turn down the scaling options and use the task manager to check if any processes aren't taking up more of your CPU time than they should.
Thanks for reply. Check the Raptor board; there are several people complaining about terrible lag.
