D click the game icon and i get the DOSBOX window and screen goes blacnk as if it loads and then crashes back to desktop.

Does not help me, though my game is not crashing, I get no video when its full screen. Graphic options won't work.

Nope tried that and same result even tried running it as admin but no joy same fault. I found a fix for the XP version. right click the syndicate icon, properties, compatiablility and check the box for 640 x 480 and it seems to work.

Same problem here - compatibility options fixed it on my PC but on my notebook I have sound but no picture (both Win 7 x64).

change to 256, 640x480 and compability to windows xp sp3. Worked for me (win 7, 64)

Tried all of this and I get picture full screen all the way until it comes time to go on a mission, then I only see anything when I make it a window and much smaller (press the window key, reselect). Any other thoughts?
