I purchase the 3 games but Im not been able to play because it crash or should I say It wont do anything...it open the game in 32 bit exe

I know this reply is a bit late so apologies, but saw noone had replied so thought I'd give my two cents. What resolution are you trying to run the game on? I presume this is the first Syberia you're talking about, so here's what worked for me;

The game won't run on higher resolution settings so what you need to do is set it's resolution to 1080 x 1920. I had problems with anything above that setting for resolution so changed it to that through windows settings and that worked for me.
