Specifically, I'm trying to load coal for the ship. I click on the action button for the correct bin. An action "icon" comes up:
A yellow circle with two small circles at its top and bottom. The bottom circle contains a gear and is highlighted. The top circle contains a looking glass (universal search icon). Clicking on the small look circle should produce a view of the bin's door, thus allowing use of the chute to direct coal into the cart (this is shown in the You Tube walk-through). but when I click on the look circle, Kate just hits the bin again. The look circle is not responsive to my mouse click. Any Ideas?

Well I "solved" this problem mostly by accident: After bringing up the large action circle on the correct bin, I used arrow keys to change Kate's direction. Doing that caused the small search circle to highlight, Clicking on that small circle
produced the view of the bin door.
