AlexTerranova: I have similar problem in Win 7 x64 SP1, but more detailed:
- Main menu is loaded without most of background textures / shaders and without Kate's model
- There is no background music in the main menu, only background sound ( snow storm )
- I can change settings, but I can't save them ( saving animation never ends, confirmation window doesn't close, settings are not saved )
- Instead of DLC menu there is a recap menu, but selecting it freezes the game
- New game never loads ( screen with running bird )
In according with "/Syberia3_Data/output_log.txt" the game engine can't find "/Syberia3_Data/Plugins/undsp.dll". However, this file is present in the game data.
I tried to copy undsp.dll to the folder with Syberia3.exe, but it doesn't help.
I did not find any solution to run Syberia 3 in Windows, but it works fine in Linux using Wine. There is no indication of undsp.dll in output_log.txt either.
I haven't reinstalled Syberia 3 in Wine, just started the game from my Windows folder. So, the initial installation is not damaged.
For people who are going to play using Wine: I recommend to apply DXVK for good performance.

il faut installer Microsoft Visual c++ redistribuable 2015-2019 x86 :
https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads Le pack Microsoft Visual c++ redistribuable 2012 fournit avec Syberia 3 gog ne suffit pas.
Voilà si ça peut servir à ceux/celles qui ont un problème similaire.

I had the same problem as you, and while testing I found the solution to the problem:
install Microsoft Visual c ++ redistributable 2015-2019 x86:
https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads The Microsoft Visual c ++ redistributable 2012 pack provided with Syberia 3 gog is not enough.
This is if it can be useful for those who have a similar problem.

I dont know, am I so stupid, but I can't find any topic with this problem here.
When I try to start the game Syberia 3, I come only to select type of the game:
1. Voyage - by the story
2. Adventure
I tried both, but in both cases then I get only black screen with litle walking bird (Maybe do-do?) on the bottom right corner of the screen. I wait few minutes, but nothing. Then I use Task Manager and kill the game.
Hm, what I am doing wrong? Anybody knows?
