When I try to play the voice cylinder at Barrokstadt, it says I need to insert the game DVD.
I know it has already been patched, and it worked properly ONLY IN FULL SCREEN MODE.
Since there is no option for wide screen resolution in this game, I use 'Syberia_W.exe' to run this game, which seems to be a windowed mode executor. However, it seems that the patch won't work on this file.

Is there any plan to fix this problem?

Thanks. I was able to fix the problem by checking the debug.log file you mentioned.
It would be better if there would be another patch for this though.

Okay so once I look in the debug file and find the Insert CD dialog box: Please insert the DVD entitled 'Syberia'
Looking for file 'Video\ANC2_HansAnnaB.syb'User pressed CANCEL: aborting application. Am I supposed to delete something here so i can continue to play the game?

Voice cylinder bug still unfixed!
Download was in June 2015, ENGLISH version (my system-language is German)

The game stopped (when I was trying to play the voice cylinder in Annas factory office) and crashed after pressing Alt-Tab. The last lines in "debug.log" (root directory of the game) were:
>> Insert CD dialog box: Please insert the DVD entitled 'Syberia'
>> Looking for file 'Video\ANC2_HansAnnaB.syb'User has task switched: deactivating.
>> User has task switched: deactivating.

Same situation later on with the other two voice cylinders.

To finish the game, I had to rename
...\Video\C2_hansannab.sys" into "\Video\ANC2_hansannab.sys"
...\Video\C5_hansanna.sys into \Video\ANC5_hansanna.sys
...\Video\C10_hansanna.sys into \Video\ANC10_hansanna.sys
