The part where you take the winding key and use it on the robot to ring the bell, the receptionist comes and talks to Anna but after that she just stands there. I also can't click on any dialogue options in the notebook like "Help" and the camera angle doesn't change so i can't go upstairs

Well thankfully, repairing/verifying the game files did the job. Just a bummer that it took me most of the day to get it right and I couldn't enjoy the game today but i will tomorrow
