I recently downloaded Syberia II. I get to the part after Hans runs away and has a fit. So I go to the man in the shop for help. He tells me I will be able to find some warm clothes in the attic. When he reaches for the ladder to the attic, my screen turns black. I went back to my last save to see if the issue would happen again and it did. What should I do?
