In Syberia 1, in Aralbad, you need to make drink, the Blue Helena.
Inventory: lemon, crystallized honey, crystal dish, screw driver, vodka, metal sheers, hotel brochure.

I have found that its impossible to make the cocktail if the vodka and hot lemon are added to the cocktail making machine at an earlier date. For example, you add these items, save the game and try and finish the cocktail puzzle after a reload. The lemon does not squeeze in the machine when the button for it is pressed :(

You can find the correct order of the items, buttons and organ keys from various guides, but all I want to say is when you come to making the cocktail... save the game just before you add the bottle and lemon to the machine, and then attempt to add them to the machine and finish the puzzle at once. If the woman does not like the cocktail, just load up your save and try again.

I believe this may be a bug in the game in general and not GOG related.
