Hi,

I can launch and play Syberia 2 under Window 10 but when I try to save, the game displays this message: "the game could not be loaded."

I tried to change the compatibility mode and run the game as administrator but it changes nothing.

Just to be clear, I have the save option in the menu. The game just cannot be saved. Also, the folder "Syberia 2 Saves" was created but remains empty.

I had exactly the same problem, after trying many thingsi I've found out that going to game folder (GOG Galaxy/Games/Syberia 2) and then right clicking "Syberia 2" aplicatiion, >properties>compatibility>run in compability with win xp (service pack3) and then running it directly from the game folder as an administrator allows me to save the game.
