I can't seem to get past picking up the key brochure in the doctors office. I have tried every combination of move I can think of. I amusing a mouse to navigate and I get the circle with the cog in it. . Is there something I am not doing? This game is less simple to navigate than Syberia 1 and 2 - which I managed very well.
