Cyberia. I only had the demo for it back in the day but it was pretty cool. Some action, puzzles, and some on-rails shooting levels that had a cool soundtrack. I bet the full game wasn't that good, though

Oh yes it was. I wish we could get Cyberia 1 and 2 on GOG. Those would be some good times.
