maybe this is just a stupid question, but how can I change the language in Syberia? In the options menu I can only choose if I want to have subtitles or not- but there is no section about the languages?!

This did not work for me, as there was no language option in the Installer. Instead, I found that you have to choose the Installer in the language you desire before you download it from the shelf on Gog.com.

This is still true for 2020. The game itself has no language options. The offline installer no longer has language options. Before downloading the offline installer, you must change the language to the one you want. Then you will get the right installer. The name of the downloaded installer file contains the language name. For example, "setup_syberia_french_1.0.0_hotfix3_(18946).exe" instead of "setup_syberia_1.0.0_hotfix3_(18946)".
