I can´t complete the mission. It doesnt matter if i rescue the hostages and take out the robbers. The Game doesn´t delcares "bring order to chaos" as fullfilled

You maybe have already moved on but Red Library is a big map, they can hide and sometimes run around where you were previously unless you carefully use wedges on doors. Make sure you check everywhere, "bring order to chaos" means there are still suspects that need to be arrested.
