Hello Jalulek.

First all sorry for the delay in my answer. If you want to uncap the multiplayer framerate you can do it by editing your Swat4X.ini and adding bCapFramerate=False under [Engine.LevelInfo]
Swat4X.ini is located here: GOG Games\SWAT 4\ContentExpansion\System

Also I recommend to change the value of DesiredRefreshRate=60 which is in the same file, to 144.

If that doesn't fix your issue, feel free to reply and we'll look into it.

I really hope you can enjoy this fantastic game in the best possible way.

Oh, man, I love you! ^^

Interesting that in mode fast server (not dedicated) refreshing works properly. Only on dedicated is this problem.

These lines are also in the file dedicatedserver. Do you think that it is worth to introduce the same here?

Mmm... So you did that and the issue persists? I'm asking that because I did the same steps and works perfect doing the same that you have described, but sometimes... you know how machines are.

Don't know if worth or not, but you don't lose anything trying. Try it, if doesn't nothing, you can always "rollback".

Disable any Vsync from the game, from the .ini, from nVidia, etc, just in case.

Btw, what OS are you running? Because in W7 some files are located in Users/AppData etc, in W10 aren't, and maybe you have to find swat4x.ini there too and edit it. I don't know, too many time without Windows 7 if that is the case.

Keep us updated, I will keep and eye here until the issue is fixed.
You misunderstood me. It works!

I wrote that it is interesting that DEFAULT WITHOUT these changes in files on not dedicated server refresh is 144. Default only on dedicated is this limit 90 FPS.

Your advice was great. Thank you. I'm sorry if I write badly - my English is weak

I also asked if you think the setting the same changes in the file is important for the files dedicatedserverx.ini? There are also the same lines there. Is it important to introduce this there if I use a dedicated server?

Oh, sorry! Really glad it worked.
As you can see English is not my best either XD

Yeah, it's interesting that it isn't implemented in both sides, not idea which one is the reason. Not idea either if adding it to the dedicated server file will have or not any impact honestly, never did so... I know the same about that than you :B
What I can guarantee is that your server will runs good or bad with 0 influence from that command, but as I said, dunno if adding it will have any impact in some way. I'm blind there, when I've hosted or any other persons did, without touch anything everything was great, don't worry about.
