Back when SWAT 3 was released on GOG, I was pretty eager, expecting SWAT 4 to follow it. And it's been awhile, still no SWAT 4, so I was wondering if there's something I don't know about the game. Is it stuck in publishing hell, or not owned by Sierra/Activision? I'd buy it in a heartbeat and encourage some friends who haven't experienced its unique brand of "invent new swear words by the minute" gameplay, if I could find it digitally, legally, anywhere.

I agree that it has to come out on GOG. No idea why it isn't... You use to be able to get it from D2D for cheap, but after they were taken over by Gamefly, it isn't offered anymore.

The only place I know of that you can get it digitally is TryMedia, but they charge you 20 bucks for it, which I find ludicrous for such an old game. Your only choices for the time being are to buy it from them, find a physical copy on Amazon (I think they go for 10 bucks right now), or wait until GOG works their magic.

I feel you bro, I've been waiting for SWAT 4 Gold Edition to come on GOG for a longtime. It is definitely a title that belongs on GOG, some of the latest releases were a disappointment imo. Really wished GOG allowed us to vote for titles on a biweekly basis.
