I'm pretty disappointed with the fact (maybe just my copy) had modified the non-lethal rifle, and now it's lethal... I cannot do a thing with the 2 teams, because no matter how I tried, they're too violent and there is no survivors (nor kidnappers, hostages neither)... Why is this happening? Is it hacked or they made this version like that?

I am confused about weapon you are talking about and what map.

Remember that you also have to assign the weapons to the AI officers (I assume you are doing a 10 player multiplayer mission)

The beanbag rounds in Swat 3 aren't non-lethal, they're less lethal. They're pretty ineffective to take suspects alive unlike in Swat 4, so the AI just uses it like any other lethal weapon.
