I installed Swat 3 earlier with Last Resort mod and Dgvoodoo but for some reason when I try to shoot any of the bad guys they don't die. I've tried for an hour to fix this and I can't figure out what the problem is.

That is a strange one. There is only a setting in Swat 3 to disable friendly fire so that fellow officers don't get killed.
