Just got the GOG version after years forgetting tis game existed.
Loaded it up but can hear the game, can see the icon at screen bottom but when i click it, screen res changes a few times then nothing?
Any help in very simple language?

You are probably having the standard movie crash. Modern versions of Windows no longer support the codec that Swat 3's movies were originally encoded it. For some people it causes the game to crash without an error.
