I don't know why it starts in windowed mode but I'll show my dgVoodoo settings if that helps
Edit: Found it it's only the 2D menus that are windowed

Edit: Found it it's only the 2D menus that are windowed
The Glide tab you show in the first 2 photos are not relevant to Swat 3.

What you aren't showing is the first GENERAL tab that has tick boxes that are relevant to window and full screen.
