I really not sure why but my sound is not working for the GOG version of Stetchkov Syndicate.
My sound works perfectly for the Vanilla Swat 4 game so the problem is only with Stetchkov Syndicate.
It has to be a problem with the game itself because any other games that i play i do have sound and my sound works on you tube too.
I hope someone can help, i saw other people with this problem too, I hope this can be fixed.
I fixed it...
If anyone has this problem , Right Click on your Speaker Icon, Open "Recording Devices"
On the Communications Tab , Make Sure the option there is set to "Do Nothing" That Fixed It for me.
This can be Marked Now as SOLVED.
