Yes. The official servers are no longer up but you can use a 3rd party tool like Hamachi or Tuungle (recommended).

Once you have the 3rd party app installed and running start up a MULTIPLAYER game in Swat 3 and then choose LAN game.

Personally I think Co-op is what really made Swat 3 fantastic rather than deathmatch or team deathmatch.

I would actually recommend Evolve over Hamachi or Tunngle, it's easy to use and has a fairly simple interface

Never heard of it. I will have to look it up. The advantage of Tunngle was that it has a chat lobby (which we lost when Swat 3's official servers went down and we had to switch to LAN games).

EDIT: Now that looks interesting! Thanks for letting us know about it. I wonder if it works with the Last Resort mod since it uses hacked game executables to give higher resolutions. I will have to test it some time.
