So I created a scenario just to test it out since I never made one before. This may be a dumb question, it may be right in front of my face but how and where do I load it?

I assume you have already put the mission file in the Missions/ folder.
Then the new mission should just pop up among the green pips on the crime suppression map (when starting a Standard Mission) or be in the list you click through (when starting a Custom Mission).

Yeah. I figured it out. I just couldn't find any clear directions. I thought there was a list to choose any custom scenario, but I didn't realize I had to choose a regular mission then choose a scenario for it. Thanks.
