I'm digging the single player, and want to play with a friend the multiplayer. It it just be us two, without any friendly bots? I have heard that might be the case, but am not sure.

If it is the case, are there any mods or anything to fix that?

Also, is it the same for SWAT 4?

Yes, in both Swat 3 and Swat 4 you can have AI officers to fill out your team if you want. Swat 3's AI officers are a little smarter than Swat 4's if you ask me.

Really? How do you do that? At least in swat 4 I have never seen it as an option for co-op.

Hmmm, I swear you could in Swat 4. I seem to remember doing so many years ago. I haven't played it for a long time though.

Definitely can with Swat 3.

SWAT 4 has never had friendly swat officers in COOP or multiplayer. They are only in single player. SWAT 3 is different, but this isn't, and has never been a thing for SWAT 4.

Thanks for correction. There were many reasons that I disliked Swat 4 compared to Swat 3. That must have been another one of them ;)
