Hello can someone help me with my problem,

I installed Surviving Mars, when I start the Game I will get high frequencies shortwaves on audio, impossible to play game with audio, I tried out so many things problem still was there, so I got me a new Hard drive installed windows 7 all new drivers plus Direct x SDK and still have this problem, Games like SpaceHaven,Ostriv, Tropico,Endzone and others work fine, so I installed Surviving Mars Version1001586 again and no problem. (this is a offline PC).
