It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

1. There are a lot of assert errors on load (both game and save loading). You can "ignore all" them, but it's not nice.
2. Window title says [debug][opengl] for some reason. I'm unsure if a debug build is what should be available on release.
3. Saves seems to be in a new place now. Previously they used ~/.local/share/Surviving Mars/Save but now it is GAMEDIR/game/AppData/Save instead. And old data is not moved there.
4. New saves don't have previews, but show weird low res F instead.

1007874 fixes 1, 2, and (I think) 3 as well.

New saves still don't have previews in the load/save window, but it's grey background instead of F, which is slightly better.
I took a quick look at it after the 1007874 version came out. The game had been crashing fairly often upon clicking on drones, rovers, and structures, but with the new version, I haven't had these crashes (so far). I can confirm that 1, 2, and 3 appear to be fixed. The game seems to be reasonably playable now, but I think I'll wait a bit longer before getting back into it, and hopefully Paradox will fix more of the problems. In the meantime, I'll play Valheim.

I am disappointed with quality control in Paradox games lately, and I plan to hold back on future purchases of their products until I see some changes. I certainly won't be buying any new games, and I'll be reluctant to buy future DLC. The recent stories about the hostile work environment don't help either.

Paradox, please clean up your act.
