This thing has serious problems. New buildings are listed in build menu but no graphics. When building, there are bars of light, not usual sparks from drones. When "completed", the buildings are basically blobs with balconies, In the attached screen shot, the green blob is a "hospital". I have noticed there is drone trapped inside as well. You will also note the missing graphics in the build menu. They are labeled and they do build...something, i.e. abominations like the hospital. Any cure? Or should I just get a refund?

I had a similar problem while using the Intel integrated graphics (but with the menu not rendering, building seemed fine).

Maybe shaders? Try lowering the graphics, and if you can, try the game with other GPU. If anything fail, remove everything and reinstall, but I rarely had luck with that....
