I have bought the First Colony Edition, installed it, and installed the extended Cheat Menu (which works fine). Started a new game with 5 modifiers that don't disable achievements, did a bunch of in-game achievements, they show up in-game, but the equivalent achievements in Galaxy do not unlock. I read that in-game achievements are not blocked by mods, but is it not the same for GoG achievements? Is it even because of mods, or some other underlying issue? My main problem with this isn't even this, it's the lack of information regarding this, I searched around, but couldn't find anything similar to my problem. Later on I'll try for some achievement without any mods, but I just want to put this out there, that I was able to earn achievements in the game, but not in Galaxy, which seems counterintuitive at best, broken at worst.

Edit: I'm not earning GoG achievements even with all mods and modifiers disabled, I tried the simplest "Where No Man Has Gone Before" (analyze an anomaly), but it's just not unlocking. Something's definitely broken here. The Mod Manager also behaves kind of weird, sometimes when I open it the window goes black, with no buttons and writing jumbled at the top. Hitting Esc takes me back to the menu, otherwise I'd be stuck in it. I'll post a screenshot later if this reappears in a separate thread, since the two problems seem unrelated.

Check again after several hours. Have you considered, that maybe Galaxy doesn't update immediately? But it might be a real bug as well.
Edit: I tried and unlocked one, so it seems to be working.

I considered that, but still no achievements, and it's been days. Other games unlock the achievements pretty much instantly, and I don't really see why it wouldn't be the case with this one too. I'll try to do a complete reinstall with user data removal, and retry scanning an anomaly, I'll update later after I see how it goes.

Edit: well, that seemed to have done... something. The achievement didn't pop up right when I got it in-game, but then I manually saved and I got it immediately. It was most likely some kind of corruption of my game files in the AppData folder, which was completely wiped during the reinstall. Case closed, as far as I'm concerned.

Funny, i just got the Marsopolis achievement for 100 people in a single dome but i don't have the achievement for actually building a dome.

Well, i don't play for those anyway but they are definitely not (always) working fine. I fact i didn't get any other achievment even thought i did refuel a rocket, analysed an anomaly and all the easy ones.
