I used to use steam, and bought Surgeon Simulator 2013. But I uninstalled steam when I realized how bad steam is.

But when I bought Surgeon Simulator 2013 on GOG, I think its using my steam save. How is that possible?! I think it has something to do in the registry, and when steam got uninstalled, it didn't uninstall my save game (In the registry)

So can someone tell me how to fix this? thanks.

P.S I already tried using CCleaner. Lets just say...It didn't work...So please don't suggest that to me. or any other cleaner program.
