I was favourably impressed by the tool that GOG provides for installing old DOS games to run on my modern computer under DOSBOX.
I was delighted to find my old favorite 2D platform game HOCUS POCUS with itsattractive graphics and challenge of finding the treasures and killing the monsters. The graphics in Jill of the Jungle are too primitive. I got the excellent platform game XARGON from somewhere but it only contained part 1 of 3. I found a PC remake of the Nintendon game LOST VIKINGS somewhere but the PC version was pitiful. I would appreciate recommendations for 2D platform games that use good graphics and provide challenging searches for treasures in a monster-populated maze.
