I've just installed the patch, it should contain a lot more NSFW scenes, I suppose.

There might be something wrong with the patch right now, the game is popping up messages saying that some .ogg music files failed to load, and I can't find any .ogg file under the game directory. You can remove the patch by the Verify / Repair option in the GOG Galaxy client.
