Hi. Does anybody know if this title recieves discounts on GOG and usually when?

It does, I purchased it on sale. It's hard to say when it will specifically go on sale, but GoG frequently has sales for major holidays and seasons. If you subscribe to the mailing list and select to be notified about your wishlisted games, you will get an email when it goes on sale again.
