Hi there,
there is no editor available and will not be available anyhow. As be aware besides the requirement of using the Unity Editor itself, it is connected with Steam Workshop to easily share the content created by the users.
As GoG does not offer such a platform similar/such as Steam Workshop, there is no way of putting an editor outside of Steam.
