As there is the NSFW week, will I get the uncensored version with the downloaded (offline installer) files when I do download the files from Germany?

It is censored but You can download the uncensor-patch for free from the developers homepage:

Alterativley by using a VPN or Tor-Browser You can get the free DLC from GOG Store too, after purchase it will be added automatically by GOG Galaxy or You can download it from your profile (even from within germany).
