When GOG starts doing the same shit as steam, why should we stay with GOG.
Three strikes rule, next one is the last, GOG!
Thanks for nothing, GOG.

megajellyfish: I am getting this asap just for the support since I a from Germany. Not available on steam for me.

hk32i: Aaaand it's no longer available for people from Germany on GOG either. Sucks.
It's not available in New Zealand either, for some odd reason. GTA is allowed but this isn't?!?

GHOSTMD: Yep once again, GoG removed the age confirmation and Subverse it blocked for Germany.
All while a more digusting game like Succubus which is even unrated, stays....
Happy times we re in....
KInda wrong. I had normal age confirmation.
I asume, just Germany use fameus DICC move called OR YOU OBEY MY LAW, OR BYE BYE GEMRAN SERVERS OF GOG.

So Sadly GOG must bow his head.

Sad. I feel bad about you. 7 month. 0 streamster, and still you are not able to play... :(

I do play and if the "age confirmation" is enough for XHAMSTER and so on
then it should be enough for GoG, no one and i mean NO ONE in their right mind
will start uploading their IDs as Schleswig Holstein demands it.

ON TOP OF BLOODY THAT
By German Federal Law and EU LAW (as far as i know) it is ILLEGAL to Geoblock.
In the EU and it goes EU LAW > Federal German LAW > Federal Country Law
So i presume, it is a matter of time when we get the "Adult" Section back for resonable
demands on the "secureity for children" side.

And yes this whole matter is laughable, at best.

Its not that easy to say.
The law changes in 2020 are also applying to sits like XHAMSTER and it was stated a few months ago that they failed to implement proper age verification. The intention to block such sites was already stated back in July/August last year. Free sites arent attacked as much cause you simply cant remove all of them, but once you start making money with 18+ content it gets a lot worse. PH Premium for example is only accesible after you go throught Post Ident verification, same goes for most other sites with paid adult content here. The only paid site that isnt just a shady copy and at the same time doesnt need a verification i can think of is Patreon, but thats cause they dont really allow it in their terms of service.

Uploading you ID certainly isnt necessary, thats what the Post Ident verification is for. You can do it personally in your local post office if you want and they dont know what they are verifiing your age for.

For the last point
Geo-blocking is illegal, but so is the supply of 18+ content without a proper age verification. The content isnt geo-blocked if its straight up illegal.

Yes, the whole matter is more then just laughable, but nothing GOG can do about it. (Apart from implementing an age verification for German users, but then others would complain the same way.)
