I re-installed the game with version 1.0 and updated my video card drivers, but it has crashed twice after the first intimate scene with Lilly, showing the following message:

Crash in runnable thread TaskGraphThreadBP 30

When I try to access the saved game file, the same error is displayed.

I have exactly the same issue on my end. The game crashes after the first scene with Lily, and I can no longer load my save.
My drivers are up to date, and I have reinstalled the game several times. No change, still the same crash. :/

I get the same Error, though I am using a savegame which is in Act 2 after gettin Ela, so way past Lily's Recruitment. Savegame starts on load on the galaxy map, I can clear Ground/Space Combat Encounters, enter the Gallery and Codex via the ESC Menu but when I try to go back to Mary Celeste, the game crashes with this error.

Having the same issue aswell, Hopefully it gets fixes soon.

Had the same problem.

Solution for me was...deleting the pakchunk0_s30-WindowsNoEditor.pak in said folder.
After that the game still started and I was able to continue my save file.

I tried this and it worked. New problems now are missing textures and now the captain has bugged out into a T-pose in dialogues and is straight up missing/invisible in pandora scenes.
