I got a "fatal error" and crash after the dialogue "Ophahoota's Sacrifice". When I reloaded the game it didn't start where it left off and I found a new dialog "Battle of Nu vegas". See attached screenshot. Seems like its on the new main mission "Rescue Mission" now.

Can't see a screenshot? Have you reported that on the Discord's bug channel as well?
