As in the topic. The "The Flagship Hunt" mode is missing in Battles ;(... Is that intetntional? It is available in multiplayer though... Maybe there is a possobility to turn it on in battles, to play vs AI ?

I think it was to diffcult/time consuming for the developers to create AI that would be able to fight in this mode effectlvlis, so they disabled in. It looks like someone is working on mod to reenable this mode:
