Certainly didn't expect to see this in my downloads section with an update.

Offic3rHotpants: Certainly didn't see to see this in my downloads section with an update.
The update is currently Galaxy-only: https://www.gogdb.org/product/1476453752#changelog

While it's erroneously tagged by GOG (figures) as 1.0.0.1, it still contains the 1.1.0 patch, so I assume it's just a tweak for the custom DirectDraw wrapper they use for multiple games on the site.

Thanks.
But after this update in my Gog Galaxy option "Additional files" disappeared when I right click on Submarine Titans

There never were any. They very conspicuously never supplied the manual, without which you can't know what the usage of some subs and technologies is supposed to be.

I have been playing and editing maps in ST for almost 500 hours, you can see my profile. Before updating, always STcfg.exe and STEditor.exe via gog galaxy - right-click on ST - Additional files - STcfg.exe or STEditor.exe. For other games "Additional files" is active, while for submarine titans - gone

Oh you mean Additional executables. Yeah that's a bit unnecessary on their end.
