Can't launch the game, every time i do, after the logos and the like, the screen flips through 3 different resolutions then shows Styx quickly with the info about "When this icon appears, the game is saveing blah blah blah blah"
Then the game appears as if in windowed mode and is black and frozen.

I checked the folder with all the settings files, and while it did make a bunch of files, no settings are saved in them.
They are ALL empty...

I tried to download and install via GOG galaxy, i tried the "backup installer" for when not online. Both fails to launch.

My freeze occured after the logos. This here did it for me, maybe give it a try:
