I appear to be the only person who has encountered this problem, but every time I close the game and relaunch it from GOG Galaxy it erases all of my saves. I also checked and for some reason all the "styx" related folders on my computer are empty, despite the fact that I have installed it and can run it fine through the GOG client (other than the save issue). The fact that there's a "saves" folder with no data in it seems relevant to the problem, but I have no idea why this is happening and therefore no idea how to fix it.

Any suggestions?

This is happening to me too. Lost my most recent saves and have to start all over again. Any solutions yet?

3 years later and I'm having the same problem. I've just recently installed S.T.A.L.K.E.R Call of Pripyat and when I launch the game and play it, it works normally. But when I close and relaunch it, all my saves and video configuration are just completely gone.
