On my fist Playthrough i had the outsider specced as a "rouge" but he was still doing decent damage if he had to use spells.
Now i started a new playthrough with a academic and skilled the outsider as a occultist...he has 18 Spellcraft and should have +2 Min/max damge because of his traits.
Al Razi should do (18/2) 9+2-4+2 damge=13-15 but he is only doing 1-3 and if he hits himself he often do more damage to himself then to the enemy.
I tried several enemies, Mafiosi, crazys, ghuls...only 1-3.
Did i miss something ore is this one more bug?
