Hey there, really an interesting game this one. But I wondered, how many hours of gameplay is it going to offer? And has the game any replayability or the playthroughs are going to be mostly the same?

Thanks for the answers o/
Here's a response from one of the devs on the topic of game length (retrieved from Steam forums)

Hi, first playthrough should be around 12-15 hours. With that said we put heavy emphasis on re-playability as you can approach "quests" and problems in multiple ways + they are choices with long-lasting consequences so all and all we encourage people to re-play the game so you can multiple these 12-15 hours :)

Thank you very much!
It seems a bit short for an RPG but it's a 20€ game after all, Shadowrun Returns had roughly the same longevity. As long as it's worth one or two additional runs it's going to be okay for me.
There is a demo available on steam that you can play. Just looking at the character creator and playing it for aproxamatly 30 min I can say with some deal of certanty that you can easily get 3 playthroughs of this game easily. Each character archtype plays differently, and there is a belief system that rewards you for playing in acordance with that belief system, for example a rationalist will try to rationalize everything with logic. Plus while everything seems to be morally bleak and grey, there does seem to be some good like paths and some obviously evil and demented paths through the game. Hope this helps.
I think the pacing of the game is more important to me than sheer length. Honestly, shorter games make it easier for an additional play through. Although I found Wizardry 8 fascinating, I'm not sure if I'm willing to slog through it again.
