I was trying to complete the achievement that requires you to get +222 popularity and I was unable to do it.
I had 226 and it was not unlocked.
Then I toggled a few switches, and got exactly 222, but it still didn't help.
So I figured out, maybe I'm not supposed to use any events to calculation. But without them I'm able to get like 220 or so...
Min taxes, max every food type, religion, houses and fear factor. What I am missing, why I still cannot get the achievement?
