I want to port my saves from Stronghold to a new PC but on opening the SAVE directory in the game's folder they're not there. What gives?

Have you tried looking in your user AppData folder?

Hi Zagrebista!

You find your Savegames for Stronghold and Stronghold HD in:

C:\Users\{{Zagrebista}}\Documents\Stronghold\Saves - at least under Windows 7, under XP the the folder is called "My Documents" as far as i know.
