When trying to uninstall both stronghold HD and Stronghold Crusaders HD in the program and features menu it opens an InstallShield program and gives me this message.

Error Number 0x80040702
Description: Failed to load DLL: GameUXinstallhelper_FF
Setup will now terminate

Once I press Ok to this message the InstallShield program closes and nothing seems to change. I've searched my pc for stronghold programs and cannot find any yet both games are still shown in the programs and features menu and both games will open their respective games InstallShield when I press uninstall.

When things like this happen to me, I turn to CCleaner; first I use its uninstaller, then I use its registry cleaner and finally restart. There are other tools out there that might work better but I have not used any other programs in many years.
